Wagner's Competition Intercooler Kit for the 2017-2018 Raptor 10-Speed 3.5L EcoBoosts provides your aggressive truck build with the cooling capacity to take your Raptor's power outputs to the next level and carry more of your truck's power higher into the rev range. The Wagner Competition Intercooler features a 62% larger face area than stock, as well as more efficient end tanks and core, which all work together to provide more efficient and effective cooling of your Raptor's intake charge air while being better able to resist heat soak in higher RPM ranges and boost pressures. The Wagner Raptor Competition Intercooler drops right into place of your truck's factory intercooler and doesn't require tuning or other modifications for operation.

Tube-Fin Aluminum Intercooler with Highly Efficient Cast Aluminum End Tanks

Wagner designed their Competition Intercooler Kit from the ground up to maximize cooling capacity without harming other aspects of your Raptor's performance. Each intercooler cool features a cooling surface that is 1940cm², and the entire core is made out of aluminum and optimized for excellent airflow. The intercooler core features a tube-fin design that allows more air to flow through the intercooler and reach your truck's radiator than the other guy's bar-plate intercooler designs. Each intercooler features airflow-optimized, CAD designed cast aluminum end tanks that help the intercooler provide 50% less back pressure than stock. The intercooler comes with all the hardware you need to get it installed, including a new charge pipe adapter, oil cooler relocation hardware, and fan shroud bracket.

SPD High Flow Turbo Adapters

These high flow turbo exhaust adapters replace the factory adapters on 2017-2019 F150 Raptors with the 3.5 H.O. Ecoboost motor. These larger adapters will maximize flow, greatly reduce exhaust backpressure and help to lower Exhaust Gas Temperatures. The outlet is 2.3125" ID compared to the stock outlet which is 2.0625" ID.

A completely stock 2017 F150 Raptor dyno'd 366HP and 404LBS of torque at the wheels. After these adapters were bolted on, with no other modifications, the truck made 390HP and 447LBS of torque. That's an increase of 24HP and 43LBS of torque at the wheels!

These high flow adapters will directly bolt on to the factory turbo and any other "drop in" style turbos that will accept the stock adapter. These will work with the factory downpipe or any aftermarket downpipe that bolts up to the factory adapters.
