• 1 single phase or 1 three phase (dictated by fryer voltage in specifications) standard approved isolator switch , junction box or commando socket ( grey/blue single phase or grey/red three phase) protected by a suitably rated circuit breaker (dictated by fryer kilowatt rating in fryer specifications) will be required within 1 metre of the proposed fryer siting
• Installation work carries a warranty period of 7 days unless there are exceptional circumstances.

• Services must be easily accessible. The installation does not include cutting through any work surfaces/walls to run services through
