The De Buyer non-stick madeleine tray is ideal for making these traditional French shell-shaped cakes. The arrangement of the moulds allows for optimum circulation of hot air, for the best cooking results every time.

The iron mould evenly diffuses heat for uniform cooking. It is coated in PTFE for excellent non-stick properties, protection against oxidation and easy cleaning. Grease before use.
